Cute but fragile
Glasses were super cute, but they are super fragile and have both broken within months (leg bent and then fell off, lenses kept popping out of frame and I keep popping them back in).

Bought two pairs of glasses Feb8, Feb 13 2024
Bought two pairs of glasses, one pair on 8 February another pair on 13 February told shortly thereafter that they would not be shipping anything out from February 8 until February 18 because of the holidays did not know of any holidays during that. But figured OK today is the 22nd. I went on the site to track my glasses with the order number that was on my receipt. Every time I entered my email and or the order number they said they don’t have any of it, still waiting for both of my glasses or a refund if it’s not possible to mail

missed the opportunity
Well I miss the opportunity to add my prescription to my order. In reflection I don’t think the instructions were all that clear. However after I realized my mistake, I emailed My prescription twice, but my glasses were Delivered without the prescription lenses. The companies solution was to reorder/buy a new pair on their website. I didn’t want to do that. So I’m waiting to save Some money to have a local optician fit the lenses to the frames. I like the frames and the quality, but I didn’t like the customer service I received. So I probably will not buy any more Glasses from this company.
