ELKLOOK EYEWEARReviews of elklook.com

Wide Selection. Ease of Ordering. Best Glasses Ever.

I would give ELKLOOK a 10 star rating for customer service if I was able! I have ordered from them several times and their frames, lens and customer support are outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend them as a company! I ordered a pair of glasses that I love and got tons of compliments on. Unfortunately one of the hinges broke after only about 4 months of wear. I contacted them about fixing the part, even offering to do the repair work myself, but instead they completely replaced the pair for me! I honestly did not expect them to be this supportive, as most companies these days do not show this level of integrity and I am thrilled that they did! Thank you for your great designs and care in following up!

Great service.great product

Your staff is very helpful and understanding. Service was great! Very happy with my glasses.

I had a defective pair of glasses sent but contacted customer service immediately, they were very understanding of the issue and made it right by sending a new pair. Very happy with my experince.

My glasses look great. I get lots of compliments. They were affordable as well. When I needed a replacement nose pad, they sent a new one just for the price of shipping. Great service.

I have been looking for flip up sunglasses coupled with a clear prescription lens for years! I saw Elklook Eyewear had a pair AND they were offered in silver or gold tone. I also have an unusual eye prescription ( no central vision in my left eye, but have peripheral ) I was concerned about my prescription being accurately applied. I ordered a pair , great price, they took a little while to arrive, but worth the wait!! Excellent prescription application, excellent pair of glasses! I am ordering a second pair! Also, great customer service. Before they processed my first pair, they contacted me with questions about my prescriptions, just to make sure they got it right! 👍🙂

Mi experiencia fue espectacular, sus productos son de calidad y el trato de sus empleados es excelente. Me encanta y seguiré comprando sus productos. El servicio al cliente por Wassap es extraordinario me encantó. Gracias!!!!!
