I ordered 3 pair of glasses and received 2 pair. Elklook emailed me and resolved the issue immediately. I emailed Elklook about not receiving my 3rd pair of glasses. Elklook emailed me back in a timely fashion and said the 3rd pair of frames that I ordered was too large for my PPD, which was why they only sent 2 pairs of glasses. Also, Elklook offered me higher price glasses to choose from free of charge. I emailed Elklook my choice and the 3rd pair of glasses arrived in a timely fashion. On all 3 pairs of glasses I ordered my prescription was perfect. I recommend Elklook glasses they are excellent quality. Thank you

So easy to order. Great selection. My frames were out of stock but an employee went out of f her way to find them for me. They fit perfectly and the lenses are perfect.

I love the frames but the lens do not have the correct prescription in them . I literally can not read with them. Have contacted co. And have not heard back!

Still waiting for delivery and this is the third email asking how I like the product. Any way to check if product is even received before sending questions. Thanks.

I love, love, live my glasses. The quality was excellent. It took a little bit more time to arrive than I expected but it was worth it.

The reason for a low rating is that I have not received my glasses. I emailed the company they said they would get back to me in 24hrs. Three days later and no response. The ordering was not difficult but what is going on with delivery.

My prescription was MADE WRONG and made My eyesight WORSE. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO NO ONE.

I believe I was sent the wrong prescription. I cannot wear the glasses without a tremendous headache. They caused me to miss a step at work and I injured my self. I would like a refund.
