Hello Shauvon, Guest satisfaction is our paramount concern. We value your feedback and use it constructively to identify areas in which we can improve. We work hard to ensure positive guest experiences for everyone, and we are deeply disappointed to learn your stay was not up to the high standard you have come to expect from us. Maintaining our homes and keeping them in top condition is important to us. Our pools are routinely serviced on a weekly basis. This policy is stated on your rental agreement form and we apologize we are unable to notify each in advance of our pool technician’s arrival. I apologize you were not happy or unaware of our swimming pool servicing policy and hope you will accept our apology for the disturbance. To comply with local law, we do take proactive steps to ensure the fire extinguishers, in every home, is inspected at least once every month. We apologize you found this to be intrusive and hope you will pardon us for the interruption. Our homes are inspected by our team upon every guest departure and once again before every guest arrival. Further, we ask our guests to inspect the home upon arrival and report any damages. It is never our intention to deceive or place our guests with illicit fees. When damages are discovered by our team, they are reported to management and must be approved before passing any fees along to our guests. Regrettably, the broken toilet seat and stained sofa we found upon your departure and those items are chargeable to you, per the rental agreement. We genuinely appreciate your comments and will use them constructively to help us improve. Sincerely, Donna Ramsden General Manager Elite Vacation Homes
