They literally put out Wave Link software that was supposed to be compatible with my elgato mic and come to find out it is not fully compatible anymore after a new update. So in other words right after going out of warranty they are forcing me to choose to buy a new mic that will be compatible. I spoke to support for a week and half only to find out the firmware for the legacy mic has known issues so no it doesn't work to save certain settings. And you have to buy a mk.2 if the legacy product is out of warranty. Case 2009031851

The customer service people were polite and realistic about the chances of a refund. They did give a refund which was great but the whole experience was perfect.

Support was extremely helpful. They provided instructions how to correct my issue. When I could not do it they provided a RMA for replacement.

Hardware is great, software could be better...

Big problemem with order. On official web site there is no place to put company details to invoice. I buy elgato xl plus. No help from support. To change invoice they wanna return device ( i must pay for shiping, waiting for chargeback money and do next order and loose Time). If you wanna buy to company Please think twice about potential problem
