I ordered an Elgato Key Light Air directly from the official Elgato Europe online store, order number 615692. When I opened the box, I found that the stand pole was severely scratched, with the black coating scraped away down to the bare metal across a large area. This is not a small cosmetic mark. The pole looks as though it was heavily rubbed against a rough metal surface or damaged before it was packed. The shipping box arrived completely undamaged, which strongly suggests that the damage did not happen during delivery. A brand-new product bought directly from the manufacturer should not arrive in this condition. I contacted Elgato support last week to report the problem, but I have still received no response. It is disappointing to receive a badly damaged product and then be completely ignored by customer support. UPDATE: Elgato has asked me to provide a Support ticket number. However, I contacted Support by email and received neither a response nor an automated confirmation with a ticket number. Therefore, I do not have one. My order number, 615692, was already included in this review. Please use the order number to locate my case or advise how I can obtain a valid support ticket.

Bought a HD60, Had troubles connecting it in OBS, Contacted support, The guy who reached out was nothing but helpful, and managed to get it both working in OBS, and the newest Game Capture software version, which wasn't working before. Whoever is in charge over at Elgato, PLEASE give Thomas from Tech Support a raise.

Am Sonntag bestellt den 30.08.26 und gleichzeitig zeigt mir der Status geliefert an. Bis heute den 03.09.26 keine Info, keine Nachricht und keine Lieferung, obwohl es heute alles ankommen sollte. Sowas schlechtes, hab ich selten erlebt. Dann sämtliche Hilfe auf English. Wo soll ich Ihnen denn die Ticketnummer hier schicken? Es gibt keine private Nachricht.

They canceled my order days after I made it and didn't tell me why. Support was also extremely confused and had no help to offer that the automated cancelation didn't already. TLDR: Automated system is garbage and support is cosmetic. Both are slow Edit: they left a reply asking for order and support ticket numbers after my review, but of course there is no way for me to directly reply through trustpilot, and it's balls that they would only want to show doing something about it as a form of damage control intead of having a working ordering or support system in the first place. I shouldn't have to leave a negative review for help
