I was really impressed by how quickly they handled the situation. Once I received confirmation that the replacement had been shipped, delivery was scheduled within a short timeframe. I use several Elgato products in my studio every day, and I really appreciate this level of care and attention to customers. Excellent service!

Excellent video capture device! works digitizing the analogue VHS tapes and the analogue DVD player DVDs providing a way to upload the analogue data to the computer and You Tube.

These folks where great . They provided me with everything I needed aswell as checking up on me to see how things are going. They were very patient with me due to my short term memory loss problems. Great team.
