Spoke with Jessica Moore. I was about to cancel this policy because I believe that it was miss represented to me. I believed that is was like those car commercials that you see all the time and I thought at the time I signed up that with a policy that was with Nissan. Ms Moore advise me that this a policy that works with Auto companies. She was kind and and knowledgeable . I then decided to keep my policy with an 24 month adjustment.

Your employee, Patrick, was very kind and understanding about my wanting to cancel my contract. He did try very hard to convince me your company was trustworthy and viable but I was adamant that I wanted to cancel.

Dora Y. was very kind, patient, informative, and very thoughtful! She was patient and considered other options for my plan when looking into cancellation. Unfortunately it wasn’t for me, but it was nice to have had her on the phone and her excellent customer service!

I was trying to transfer policy and after a few agents I was connected with Tori. She was able to get all the correct information I needed to transfer the policy into my name. She kept in touch with me for weeks throughout the process and a final call when it was done. Thank you Tori!
