I've had numerous interactions with a different company rep each time. Today, I was fortunate to speak with Bryant Halderman. He was courtesy and extremely helpful. We resolved my concerns and I am 100% satisfied. Thank you, Bryant.

Check the BBB reviews on this company… I had Dora Young as my representative, although her customer service was ok she repeatedly interrupted me while speaking about why I wanted to cancel my subscription.. she convinced me to stay knocking off $500… With a few incentives.. she also said my month of august would be free due to my first issue with this company. when speaking with another person today.. she actually deferred my payment and did NOT advise me of that!!! Then the guy today tried to convince me to stay, cutting another $500 off and making my last 2 years free…. Seem like as long as they can get SOME money from you they’re happy. Very deceiving and seems like a scam.

I can not tell you how refreshing it was to have the opportunity to speak to a representative who was willing to take the time to explain the contract. It is unusual to have anyone willing to take that kind of time. Your company is very lucky to have a member of Amanda's caliber. She is a very positive reflection on your company.

This company is a scam company. Not sure how they have not been shut down, but do not fall for it.

April, with customer service is a rockstar. She helped me get to who needed in one attempt. Now before I reached her, I went through 5 people.

I talked with Eric Brown while trying to cancel my warranty. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and gave me some good offers to stay. While I ended up deciding to go through with the cancellation, Eric was more than helpful and I greatly appreciated getting to talk with him
