Erster Eindruck nach 40 km sehr gut für den günstigen Preis 👍

Bicicletta stupenda, arrivata perfetta, imballo super.

Das Eleglide T1 kam ca. nach eine Woche an. Nachdem ich alles zusammengebaut habe stellte ich fest, das der Motor sich immer ausschaltet - also defekt. Dieses habe ich den Support bei Eleglide gemeldet. Eleglide wollte Bilder und Videos haben, wie soll ich ein Video drehen von ein Motor der nicht funktioniert. Dann sollte ich das Fahrrad an ein Händler im Wohnort bringen zum reparieren. Ich wollte mein Geld zurück also schickte ich das Fahrrad nach Polen mit DPD. Seit dem höre ich nichts mehr. Jetzt hat Eleglide das Fahrrad zurück und mein Geld einbehalten und reagieren nicht mehr auf meine Emails. Das Geld muss ich über Paypal Käuferschutz einklagen. Eleglide ist sehr freundlich bis es ein Problem gibt, dann ist der Service sehr schlecht und die Firma ist nicht zu vertrauen.

What is frustrating is your logistics and the order process You do not verify your stock according to the country where you expedite, you finish but not sending the total order without telling the issue and we have to claim the equipment I have been reimbursed but did not receive the brakes and eleglide is refusing to give the reference of t1 brakes to order them elsewhere

Can't get spare parts for my bike as we're not in the eu recommend, you don't buy anything from this company complete joke
