You don't sell in your accessories a bike headset kit (bearings, direction,...) for M1 Plus... Not serious... See headset bike in wikipedia... You havn't a bike technician team for correct answers after bike problem...

Excellent service. Ordered the m1 plus e-bike. Delivered to me in Ireland in one week. Refunded me €30 after I forgot to claim the discount for first time purchase.

I have the M1 now 9months. Unfortunately the motor has stopped working and cannot be repaired in bike shops that don't sell this brand of bike. Nowhere will touch the electrics. I'm based in Ireland. I have sent countless emails & videos which they asked for and still nothing been done. If you live in an EU country and bike shops don't sell eleglide, they will not fix or go near the electrics on these bikes. Buy local is all I can advise.

Nothing but issues since I purchased this almost 4 month's ago. Brakes failed within the 1st month and I almost hit a bus as couldn't stop, Caliper at rear needed to be changed at my expense as was damaged out of the box and now battery won't charge!!! Company that sells on behalf of Eleglide in London say not their problem as these are not covered. (Eleglide direct said not there issues, contact reseller)!! Save your hard earned money and buy something else. What a disgraceful Company and a dangerous product. Seeking legal advice.

Aufpassen bei den Verkäufer. Wenn sie das Produkt nicht von der Seite kaufen also vom Hersteller direkt dann gehen sie auch auf keine Kommunikation ein. Sie verweisen auf den anderen Verkäufer obwohl diese der Hersteller sind . Passen sie bei der Firma auf und bestellen sie lieber woanders als bei eleglide Rollern . Watch out for the seller. If you don't buy the product from the site, i.e. directly from the manufacturer, then you won't respond to any communication. They refer to the other seller even though they are the manufacturer. Be careful with the company and order somewhere else than eleglide scooters.

J'avais commandé et payé un vélo électrique T1 Step True chez Eleglide, mais le vendeur m'a rapidement informé qu'il ne pouvait pas me livrer chez-moi en Corse. Il m'a immédiatement remboursé et j'ai eu la somme en 2 jours, donc aucun problème, vendeur très honnête. Mais malheureusement je ne sais toujours pas comment obtenir ce vélo en Corse. I had ordered and paid for a T1 Step True electric bike from Eleglide, but the seller quickly informed me that he could not deliver to my home in Corsica. He immediately refunded me and I got the amount in 2 days, so no problem, very honest seller. But unfortunately I still don't know how to get this bike in Corsica.
