The bike arrived fast( 3/4 days ) and was well packaged. The bike itself makes a good impression. For the price the are some parts that feel very good. The frame is strong, the braking power is more than enough. There a some parts that could be better but for the price class its complete fine. On the fastest setting i could reach like 70km( M1 Plus ). Overall im satissfied with the bike if there was not a major problem. The front fork was bend on arrival and it was impossible to install the front wheel. I reached to the customer service and they provided me with a compensation. It took some days to write with the customer service but they were friendly and solve the problem relative fast. Overall the bike is good and if theres a problem the customer service will help you.

Deuxième vélo t1 acheté à deux semaines d'interval , le premier n'étant pas adapté pour mon épouse , j'ai recommandé le t1 step truth. J'ai donc gardé le premier . Rapidité d'envoi , emballage très bien conçu. Reglage dérailleur et frein à effectuer. Montage facile , dommage que la potence n'est pas réglable sur le t1 comme elle l'est sur le t1 step truth. Finition robuste , un peu de jeu dans le pedalier. Avons parcouru une centaine de km et sommes globalement très satisfait. Pour moi très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Arrivata perfettamente imballata e nei tempi descritti(in 5 gg in Italia dall'ordine). Molto semplice il montaggio dellee poche parti da installare. In generale per la fascia di bici elettrica e il prezzo pagato posso dire che un ottimo affare.
