I'm satisfied with my electric velo T1 bicycle the ebike is really good but only one thing I don't like is the seat while adjusting the rod got some scratches other then that I'm really really impressed by the performance of it ✌️😍🫡🤗

Generally, very satisfied with the bike itself. Great Bike and great experience overall. A couple of weeks ago, I had a small problem with the bike, and contacted the support team. Even though they are not available on site, they have provided me with spare parts (for free, since the bike was still in the 1-year guarantee), and also provided repair videos and I could easily repair my bike. I use the bike almost every day, and it has been a very enjoyable experience.

ordering process, speed of delivery and security of packaging were all first class

They have very bad service. I ordered and payed for my bike and after 2 weeks they told me is not available to buy. I gave them a bad review and they emailed me to remove it. They shouldn't have on display a product that's not in stock

This company have an excellent service team and great follow up support after purchase. They have always been helpful and I am very happy with the Tank Roll ebike I purchased from them. It is well designed and looks really good.
