I like originality and simplicity in elegance and I think the design of Elegatto bracelets fits well with these criteria. Above all, I was amazed by the quality of the after-sales service. Indeed I chose the wrong size for the first bracelet I ordered, but it was easy to do the exchange through the automated service suggested to me by a very nice person from the customer service, who also well followed this operation and gave me good advice to facilitate it.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! The seller will notify you your goods have been delivered but then says sometimes the courier records the goods as delivered before they are. The seller then says to wait 3 days and if not delivered to contact the courier ’Yanwen’ and gives a number for the courier which is a number in China which is never answered. READ OTHER REVIEWS WHICH CONFIRM THIS IS A REGULAR SCAM FOR THIS SELLER

The clasps are way too cumbersome to put on and take off. I tried three different types of bracelets/clasps and none of them are easy. Also, the sizes are odd. A large is too tight and an extra large is way too big.
