Late shipping
Response from ElegattoOct 7, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Niusha. We want to clarify that your order was shipped out on time. The delivery timeframe can vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout. Since USPS Ground was chosen, delivery typically takes approximately 2-5 business days after shipment. If you have any questions about the shipping options or timing, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to assist!

The sizing is not correct. Some bracelets are sized perfect & others - while ordered under the same size - yet are very loose - large - The building quality could be better
Response from ElegattoOct 7, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Hassan. Our items are handmade, which means each bracelet may have slight variations, including different closures, that can affect the fit. We always recommend considering that handmade pieces might have some natural differences. We appreciate your comments about the sizing and quality, and we’re always working to improve. If you'd like, you can begin your exchange process through our return center. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance or further guidance!

Product is in USPS at the post office 1 mile away since 9/27 and still has not arrived. It was delayed and now there is no status.
Response from ElegattoOct 7, 2025
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, David. We understand how frustrating the delay must be. Please note that, unfortunately, we have no control over how USPS handles its deliveries. In the meantime, we’ve gone ahead and sent a replacement for your order to ensure you receive it as soon as possible. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
