Second time wrong size shipment. I’ve purchased 18cm 2 bracelets but 21cm has shipped to me. After 10 days long negotiations you’ve decided to send correct size bracelets. A new shipment has arrived yesterday. Surprise!! 21cm again.. Now I’ve got 2 pairs of useless bracelets which are not possible to put on. I’ve wasted money.
Response from ElegattoAug 5, 2025
Thank you for sharing your feedback, İbrahim. We want to clarify that our bracelets are measured by circumference, not length. Based on your original order of 18cm, we kindly recommended sizing down for a better fit, but you chose to keep the size the same. As a result, we shipped the replacement bracelets in the same size as your initial order, as you requested. We genuinely regret any frustration this has caused, and we appreciate your patience. Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] so we can assist you further and find a solution that works best for you. Thank you for your understanding, and we value your feedback.
