This company stole $65,000 from us. They withheld the payments we received. Over $65,000 just gone. This company is atrocious and horrible. Run Run Run horrible company

O star if possible. Not sure the price. The forms are terribly designed. The process is terrible. The service is the worst I never worked with. The communication is long and useless.

Elevon are fraud company be careful to much hiden fee and very bad service do not trust them they are fraud.

We switched to Elevon in October because they promised cheaper processing rates. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!! They have been holding onto over $7000 of our money for 8 days now and still cannot tell us when it will be in our account. Apparently they flagged our account due to a large transaction....which was APPROVED. I asked the supervisor what the reason to flag our account was; he said ONE reason is that we could be laundering money and if they contacted us we could try and hide or money?!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! He could not give me any other reasons because he was not allowed to discuss. But he could give me that ridiculous reason? I cannot cancel my account due to the fact they still owe us money and he could not tell me when the money would be in my account or promise me that anyone would call me to tell me why they are holding onto it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

stay away from this company they will charge your bank account unexspectedly. $35 or more

worst company, yall really just taking money from people.

Elavon has been charging our company for over 3 years an extra $89.00 per month in "misc fees" for not being PCI Compliant; never notified us, just kept charging us! There are at least 30 separate line-item fees, so it would be hard to notice. And if I had noticed it, I would have still had no idea what it was for. This company is a criminal enterprise.
