WORST COMPANY EVER! I started my Elavon journey a month ago; still having issues. I called so many times for minor things even after speaking to a supervisor. I expected service to be slow during the pandemic but not incompetent and bumbling. The account STILL has the old owner's name on it and it's not complete. I never received any type of notification stating my monthly fees, interest or that I am even the primary account holder. If you have a chance to RUN. RUN to anyone else.

This is the worst customer service from a company I have ever received. The are completely clueless.

Hello there, This is the worst company ever. My story is very similar to other fox outthere I have been charged enormous fees with higher interest rate and pci compliance for the last four mounts so I decided to call them and return the credit card machine the agent mentioned is not necessary. I moved to other company after 2 months I realized they still charging me fees with no use, so I called them to ask why their fees still withdrawn in my account. Their response was I never requested to cancel my account. No refund was possible . The fees are legitimate The credit card was not use for the entire time 0$ with fees over $100 (Charge me $100 no pci compliance and other fees that make no sense over $30) I used this company over 10 years very disappointing

Umulig at komme i kontakt med, hverken på mail eller telefon. Deres telefon sluse virker ikke, den siger tast 3, for kundeservice, det gør man så, og så bliver man kastet af, men det er jo åbenbart typisk for dem....

This company sucks. Not sure how or why they're connected to Costco but they're worthless. I switched to them only after finding them through Costco site. They approved my account then once I started processing held up account for additional info which I then provided only to find out I was still under "review." The arbitrary hold ended up costing me about $300. Customer service/fraud doesn't respond but sign up/sales sure does. My recommendation is to look elsewhere.

I was told by Costco Brochure that Elavon was going to be the BEST processing Company Lowest rates, etc. They started collecting Equipment Fees (Which According to Costco were free), Monthly Fees and "other Fees" since the First Day I spoke with them, I never got another call and 5 Months paying a service that DO NOT KNOW where and what is this, but you need to pay One More Month after you cancel the service, That is all they told me. THIS IS A BIG FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!

I was lied to over and over and given false promises. When they finally decided to give me a refund for all they scammed me out of, they made it as complicated as possible. They put me through hell. Never go with these pieces of sh!t.

Elavon cancelled my account TWICE in two weeks with no notification siting non usage during lockdown. We were closed obviously. This company is the most difficult one I have ever dealt with.
