Do not use Elavon!!
To everyone please do not use elavon. These guys are crooks!!! Open a catering account and used them as a cc payment processor. They cancelled my account for no reason and held $20,000 in their BS “investigation” my company is currently in battle to connect to the right person to fix this solution. They gave a fake number and name for you to contact. As a small catering company with high over head we are struggling to get those funds to pay our workers, my distributors and etc. please do not use elavon they are scammers and use Costco as their gateway to get people to their way. Contacted Costco. Everyone who’s going through with what I and previous customers are going through. Please contact Costco immediately and file a claim to get these guys removed. 1 (800) 774-2678. Also call your bank asap and cancel your accounts, Elavon will make things up and withdraw funds from your account for no reason.

How Evalon steals money.
If I could press less than one star at this point in time I would. I was basically roped into a contract that I specifically stated I did not want equipment for a business transaction account which had a perfectly fine mobile app to utilize... the equipment was still sent to me and then charged on my account before I could send the equipment back to them "unopened" When I spoke to the representative and then asked to be sent to someone over her head... that person was completely rude and HE stated that the signed contract was enough for them to keep the money they charged me even with the clear explanation of what occurred. I will not EVER RECOMMEND anyone using this company.

Held my funds for 90 days
used Elavon as a merchant processer, after 2 days they held my batch payments and didn't tell me they were canceling my account until I asked. They then held my funds for 90 days, almost 9000 dollars! Then finally released it after their "investigation". Complete BS, customer service was horrible, I will never sign up to anything with their name on it.
