Pam took the time to help figure out what happened with our money we have been missing for 3 weeks. She is knowledgeable, kind, and cares about the customers, Would be great if any time there was a problem i could speak with Pam !

as elavon cannot process cards for modern websites we had to move over to worldpay after 20 years. they insisted on the last payment even though our subscription had been cancelled then they employee credit style debt collection paracites to plague you for the measly £48 your welcome to the £48 and i hope whoever reads this goes to worldpay and not elavon

Elavon subcontracted us out to various companies without telling us and then started charging exhorbitant rates. We didn’t know who was billing us. We canceled the service and returned the machine. Then they continued to bill us despite acknowledging our cancellation. Our bank told us we had to dispute it directly with the company. So we tried to dispute it with them but got nowhere. They’re stealing money from us.

The lady that helped me was great. She needs to be the one training the newbies.

Pam was the sweetest most helpful person ever. She has such a calming and reassuring voice. She made an extra effort to make sure my terminal was updated properly so that I wouldn’t have to get the run around. I surely did appreciate her service! My account rep Gloria had the same helpful and genuine spirit. She made sure my seasonal account was reactivated and set up properly. She overnighted my needed terminals. The activation assistant,Toby, also had that get in done attitude. These ladies were incredible! Great customer service!
