Sharon was amazing! I had to call to do an update to my device and was terrified! The written instructions looked very complicated. In just a few minutes, Sharon eliminated my fears. The update was flawless and super easy. I highly recommend Elavon to anyone who's thinking about a credit card processor. Reports are easy to follow and deposits are timely.

I had 3 questions/Issues when I called in. the rep was extremely helpful and I could tell she was smiling while walking me through the open tab issue. SHe gave me instructions and sent an email for accessing website to change salon name and emailed Dennis Graham to call me regarding wireless terminal . Thanks so much.
