Elavon just required us to update our terminal. I contacted customer support earlier and spoke to 2 individuals who gave decent advice but ultimately did not solve the problem. I wish I could recall the name of the rep who I spoke with today. She went above and beyond, helping me check my terminal connection, identifying that our account is so old we needed an account rebuild within the system, staying on the line with me for almost an hour while we troubleshot the terminal together and even getting a senior tech support manager in to help. In the end it turned out our terminal was too old to update and she directed me to the correct department to get a replacement. She was kind, caring, patient and knowledgeable, precisely the sort of person that makes me feel like I can trust a company with my business.

My secod review here. It s a principle to help other at the end after 3 year with bed customer service. They start nice, calling back but then they forget about you for months. Should be the other was around offer solutions and understand rather than pretent to know. Not good service, except a few nice people.

The lady who helped me was very kind, very efficient and was able to walk me step-by-step through the whole process of the update. Being thatI’m not very good at all this computer stuff. She was so wonderful. Thank you.

Robin was amazing. Great customer support and easy to understand.

Robin the service provider was calm-cool and collected. She understood all the different account adjustments (and access information) I needed. She helped me step by step and was totally delightful.

Update 9/30/26 After charging me for 6 months total, they never even provided the promised $300 Costco card. These people are nothing more than liars and thieves. Recommended by Costco, I decided to offer clients the ability to pay via credit card. I was told it would be a 1.9% +.29 per transaction. So I processed a payment - and was charged 4.2%, and a big pile of fees on top. Not what I signed up for, and will not be using their service again. Amazingly they still pile on the charges, another nearly $50 for no services at all. What a bunch of scammers.
