Looks like a great pair of pants, well made

I Was a little disappointed that it’s from china. Was not clear upfront and implied through add it’s American created/made. Fits very tight considering ordered 5x. Knee ce2 pads don’t cover knee well at all. Don’t move but not positioned over knee. Moves to the inside not where first contact would be. Will contact company concerning that. Jacket zipper is backwards and very tight but overall comfortable. Doesn’t feel hot at all but outside temps haven’t been above 85 since received. All the CE2 padding covers are where it should and doesn’t move. Don’t wear during the day because of job/dont want to get paint on them but did wear to church/day and seemed comfortable and not hot.

I ordered the pants based on the sizing chart provided on their website. I carefully used the measurements in the chart to determine the appropriate size, but when the pants arrived, they were significantly too large. This indicates that the sizing chart provided online is incorrect or misleading. Unfortunately, this is where the problems really started. Their online return form does not work. I was then advised to place a pound symbol (#) in front of the order number, although this requirement was not stated anywhere in the ordering or returns process. This also made no difference. I have now attempted to contact them by email, but my emails are being bounced back. I have also tried calling, but my calls have not been answered, and my voicemail messages have not been returned. I am extremely frustrated with this situation. I paid a premium price for the pants compared with other motorcycle gear retailers, and I expected a corresponding level of customer service. Instead, I have encountered an incorrect sizing chart, a non-functional returns process, bounced emails, and no response to phone calls or voicemails. I am requesting a full refund immediately. Given the lack of communication and the problems I have already experienced, I am concerned that I will not receive my money back.

Lightweight in 104 degree ride last week, comfortable, holds all my stuff, nice place to hang my keys, wish they came in red and black!

I ordered a pair of their pants and tried them on and wow they were comfortable as could be. A week later me and a friend went on a 3 day ride to the coast north of Fort Bragg and these pants where all I took and man they where great! Cloudy/foggy weather in the morning on the coast and then up to 101 where it got hot again… no problem! Also felt better about not wearing Levi’s because we all know they’re not gonna hold up if you end up sliding on your ass! Get a pair you won’t regret it. Mike F Oroville Ca.
