Buyer Beware...It May Take A Minute
Ordered two pairs of pants and a pair of riding gloves. Ordered pants per their recommended size chart and they were extremely too small. On top of that I never received the gloves. Then started the ridiculous return process. I wasn't required to return them to China, but to an address in GA, which I did. It required sending them shipping info, photos of the shipping documentation, etc., which I also did. I shipped the items back using a major shipping company for tracking and photos of delivery which I received and also forwarded to them. They acknowledged receipt of the merchandise and then began the "review" of the return which has yet to be completed...4 weeks later. The most recent email response received today has started the entire process over again. I can't speak to the quality of the product as some reviews have because I didn't wear the gear, but if you decide to order from them, pray you don't have to return anything. UPDATE: EKON has refunded my full price for the pants and the gloves. I received an apology from a customer service manager which I am thankful for.
