Charged me $16 shipping for a return that was their fault.
I ordered 2 pair of thair armored pants in size 38 XXXL. I received 1 pair in the correct size and they fit well. The second pair were size XXS and would be small on a young child. Their return process is obviously designed to make it difficult/time consuming to return an item plus it cost me $16.00 to return 1 pair of pants. You also must take and upload pictures, make/give explainations in order to pay for a shipping label once they approve your return. They should be sending me a label free of charge with an apology for screwing up my order. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

What a crap company and horrible…
What a crap company and horrible products. I ordered 4 pairs of motorcycle pants in different sizes and exchanged the original 2. NONE of them fit. You can order 2 of the same size and they’ll be widely different. You follow the return process and they give you store credit instead of the refund that they advertised when you bought the pair. When you ask customer service, they say they changed the policy and wont honor the policy you bought it under. There is no sense of customer satisfaction. It’s not an american “good old story” company. It’s a Chinese company. Buyers beware of crap products and even crappier customer service. I opened a claim with my credit card company. Let them deal with these crooks

Thin pants that ran huge, an onerous return, and a $17 fee for store credit I never wanted
I ordered a pair of riding pants in my correct size. They arrived thin and cheaply made, with fabric that didn't feel protective at all, and they were far too large. Also, a quick check under my faucet revealed that they were not waterproof, despite their advertising.
Their advertising also emphasizes that they stand behind their products, so I decided to return them. The process was onerous:
I had to email to start a return, and was told I had to explain why I wanted to return them. I sent a second email explaining.
I was sent a link to a return portal that required my order number. It didn't work. When I wrote back, I was told to put a "#" before the number, which the portal never mentioned.
The portal required me to upload at least two photos of the brand-new pants, even though their advertising says you can return items after wearing them as much as you like.
I was charged $17 for the return label.
Three weeks later I received an email congratulating me on completing the return and giving me a code for "store credit." I never asked for store credit. I wanted a refund, which is what their advertising led me to expect. When I wrote back, I was told they only offer store credit.
After all that, I'm out the cost of the pants and the $17 return shipping, and the credit is for a company I won't buy from again.
One more thing: the company's marketing features a founder named "John," presented as a rugged motorcyclist who designed the clothing from his riding experience. I couldn't find any evidence that he exists, and the photos look AI-generated to me. If a founder's story is part of why you're buying, I'd verify it first.

Hello,
We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the sizing of the items and the return timeframe.
However, as mentioned in our previous email, your parcel has indeed been reshipped. The extended delay was due to the time taken by the carrier to transport your returned parcel, which is beyond our direct control.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience.

BUYER BEWARE
Be smart. Don’t buy from Ekon. They have great marketing, but everything else is a mess. Don’t trust the sizing chart. It’s not even close, so you’re ordering hoping the clothes fit you. My pants were way too big. I asked for an exchange and followed the exchange instructions to a T. It’s been six weeks and I’ve not received my exchange. They tell me it’s processing. At this point I think they plan to keep my money and hope I just forget about it. BUYER BEWARE.

We’re truly sorry that your experience with EKON hasn’t met your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must be to wait so long for an exchange, and we sincerely apologize for the delay.
Please rest assured that we take your feedback seriously. Your replacement parcel is now on its way with GoFo Express, and we hope you’ll receive it soon.
Thank you for your patience, and we’re sorry again for the inconvenience.

The worst company to deal with
The worst company to deal with. They advertise pants or waterproof they are not. They are nothing more than jeans with kneepads. Don’t buy them. Don’t waste your money like I did. They do not honor their return policy. there are far better rider protection clothing on the market than this company. They wanted additional pictures of my riding pants. I couldn’t reply within 12 hours so they canceled my return request.

Hello,
We understand your frustration, but we ask that you present the situation in its entirety. The return of the first pair of pants was refused because you informed us that you had burned them. However, the return of the second pair of pants was approved.
Please review our previous exchanges: at no point was your return request denied because you failed to respond within 12 hours. We strive to be understanding and flexible with our customers, and we even make exceptions in certain cases when the 60-day return window has been slightly exceeded.
We simply ask that the facts be reported accurately, without leaving out essential details of your case.

DO NIT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHADY PEOPLE
UPDATE…AFTER I POSTED THIS THEY SENT AN EMAIL STATING THEY WILL ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDIT NOT A REFUND. THEIR ADVERTISING IS FALSE AND THEY ARE SHADY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and will be forwarding this to everybody I can think of and posting it on every Facebook and Instagram group I belong to.
Size charts online are inaccurate. I ordered according to their size chart and waited WEEKS for delivery, When they arrived they were far too big and instead of honoring their false ads that state FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES they CHARGE for return even when their incorrect sizing is wrong and the cause of the issue. I’m returning them instead of exchanging them all because they did not do the right thing. So sad when a business would rather lose a customer than honor its promises.

Unfortunately my pants came in contact…
Unfortunately my pants came in contact with the exhaust / muffler while I was sitting on my bike while backing it into my garage. The pant leg singed when it came in contact with it which created a whole in the pant leg. When I reached out to Ekon I was told that I was not covered under their warranty. Honestly the areas on the pants that have pockets which contain padding may provide protection when an accident occurs. Been riding with jeans and timberline boots all of my life. Should have stayed the course.
