I ordered according to their size chart only to find their sizes are generous. No problem, they advertise free returns, I called them to exchange for the right size and was told to ship them to China for around $70 at my expense or I could keep them and they'd give me an$80 credit towards another pair. By the time I got around to wanting to take the credit I was told to ship them to Georgia (again at my expense) and they'd send me a new pair. Misleading return policies ruined this company for me. Too bad, I love the pants but I'll never order again.

We purchased Ekon RoadArmor riding pants on their official site; at the time the refund/guarantee policy stated if dis-satisfied for any reason a full refund will be issued. Both my husband and I tried on the riding pants, for both of us the waist was too large, the rise was way too long and the pant length was too short; this renders the pants unwearable. We had no issues with the quality of the fabric. When we requested a refund, they stated the refund policy had changed, and they would only exchange for store credit, no exceptions. We have no need for other gear. This bait and switch tactic on their website is poor business practices

They take your money, say it shipped then in a few days tell you they don't have it stock but they won't return your money. Doing business with this company is a big mistake. STAY AWAY!!!! UPDATE: I did recieve a refund into my debit account on 6/29/2026 so they did return my money.
