Got the two pairs of pants and they are not bad. Comfortable, fits well, only criticism is the inside, especially the pockets, seem to be a thin almost costume like material. Feels cheap, but we will see how it holds up. But thats it, the outside, weight and cut feel premium otherwise and they look pretty damn good.

UPDATE: After posting my original review, Ekon's Customer Service Manager personally contacted me and resolved the issue. The store credit was cancelled, my purchase was refunded to my original payment method, and the company also refunded my original shipping charge. While the return process was initially frustrating and required considerable follow-up, I greatly appreciate the way management responded once they became aware of the situation. They listened to my concerns, apologized, and took the necessary steps to make things right. I have updated my rating to reflect their response and resolution. INITIAL REVIEW: I was very disappointed with the return process. The item did not fit, so I followed the company’s return instructions, paid the return shipping, and returned it promptly. The return process took quite a while, and although my return was eventually approved, I was issued store credit rather than a refund to my original credit card. I did not want store credit and have requested that my payment be refunded to my card. Based on my experience with the return process, I cannot recommend this company.

You changed your sizing charts and that was helpful. The 38 is still smaller than US 38 waist. I'm guessing you use the actual measurements. It will work. Just tight for now. Otherwise, wanted your other colors but you only had black. I'll see how it goes. Looks like they will be comfortable. Gotta finish getting my bike running to test it all out.

Comfortable out of box. Might run a little small. Shipping sucks. Took forever to get here. Buy if u aren’t in a hurry to get them.

I can't really say but the delivery was very quick. It's a Christmas gift for my husband!!! He looks at your ad all the time!!!!

Well.. waited two weeks the shirt I gave to my wife, large=small. The pants large=2xl. She loves the shirt and ill be ordering a diff size one. I guess there's room for insulation under the pants. Or order smaller size.

Everything was good; the only issue I had was with the hip pads. There were no instructions at all and I ended up writing to the company. I do have to say that they responded quickly with instructions and pictures. Other than that, no complaints!

I Was a little disappointed that it’s from china. Was not clear upfront and implied through add it’s American created/made. Fits very tight considering ordered 5x. Knee ce2 pads don’t cover knee well at all. Don’t move but not positioned over knee. Moves to the inside not where first contact would be. Will contact company concerning that. Jacket zipper is backwards and very tight but overall comfortable. Doesn’t feel hot at all but outside temps haven’t been above 85 since received. All the CE2 padding covers are where it should and doesn’t move. Don’t wear during the day because of job/dont want to get paint on them but did wear to church/day and seemed comfortable and not hot.
