Pants fit, jacket was to small will need to return it for a larger size, will have to figure that out on Monday.

My riding experience has always been in jeans, for many miles over many years. When I saw these EKON pants I was skeptical. Looked like a great deal, so I figured to order and give them a try. The 2 pairs of pants came and looked great! I tried them out on a very warm 600 mile day. They were light, cool, comfortable, and never stuck to me like jeans would’ve in the heat. I Love these EKON motorcycle riding pants, and would very happily recommend them to anyone looking for a better option to riding in jeans.

I ordered two pair of pants.. One pair of pants fit but the other was too small. I contacted Ekon to get instructions for a return. They replied and ask what was the matter with the pants. I told them the pants were too small and I wanted a refund. They returned with a question as to what I didn't like. I replied that the pants were too small and I want a refund for the one pair, $114.50. I still have no instructions on how to return the pants. SO MUCH FOR NO QUESTIONS ASK RETURNS. I would never recommend EKON .

First of all, the return policy is very misleading, even when they send you defective clothing, they want you to pay the shipping back to China. The pants they sent me are about 3 inches wider in the waist than what their ad specifies. Regardless of what you say to them they want you to eat the cost of shipping and I'm sure any complaints go to some AI Bot so there is no possible resolution

Ordered 2 pair in June 5 black and camo. Ordered by their sizing chart.their chart for my height and weight said 38” waist. I have been in 36” sizes the last 5 years. A month later the order shows up and they are waaayyy too big. So I search out returning them only to find out it’s $175 to ship them back! To China! I start raising a stink on social media and they offer me a $80 coupon.😡 I keep raising a stink on social media and they say they can exchange them now by sending them to the east coast. I send them out they receive them.THEN THEY TELL ME CAMO IS NO LONGER AVAILIBLE! Ok send me tan or green and my black. Now I have waited ANOTHER MONTH…… and they say I understand your frustration and we are working to get me my replacements. Now I’m out $260 and have NOTHING! THERE SHOULD BE A SPOT FOR 0 STARS. THESE PEOPLE SUCK IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT!🤬🤬🤬🤬 !!!!!BE FOREWARNED!!!!!

Ordered two pairs of pants and a pair of riding gloves. Ordered pants per their recommended size chart and they were extremely too small. On top of that I never received the gloves. Then started the ridiculous return process. I wasn't required to return them to China, but to an address in GA, which I did. It required sending them shipping info, photos of the shipping documentation, etc., which I also did. I shipped the items back using a major shipping company for tracking and photos of delivery which I received and also forwarded to them. They acknowledged receipt of the merchandise and then began the "review" of the return which has yet to be completed...4 weeks later. The most recent email response received today has started the entire process over again. I can't speak to the quality of the product as some reviews have because I didn't wear the gear, but if you decide to order from them, pray you don't have to return anything. UPDATE: EKON has refunded my full price for the pants and the gloves. I received an apology from a customer service manager which I am thankful for.

Order placed August 30th. Items received September 12th (from China and made in China). Ordered according to size chart. Women’s pants were excessively large everywhere! It appears that even if they fit around waist and hip area the legs and bottom of pants would be bell style. Women’s jacket- couldn’t fit around my shoulders. I am average build. Hoping they will refund quickly. Almost $300 Although the sizing doesn’t work for me the company was return process has been easy and customer service is accessible and cooperative. They offered various solutions and ultimately gave me what worked best for me. Thank you.
