Worst company to deal with ever! The motorcycle trousers advertised as CE certified, are not marked as such- the free belt advertised as worth $25usd is a nylon web belt with a cheap plastic buckle- upon attempting to return for a full refund, they agreed if I send them to Luxembourg, Europe at my expense of over 100 USD-they were mailed to me from Hialeah Fl. The product had bad stitching, a pocket double stitched to a vent zipper - I did get a $40. Refund if I fixed it myself- basically, I’m now stuck with a $96USD pair of cheap knock off motorcycle pants.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Don’t buy!!

This company I ordered two products from them the first product took over a month to get to me. The second product I ordered before the first product showed up and now it's been well over a month and the second product hasn't even shown up. I've had some correspondence with the company regarding both products and they promised to Discount and credit back my credit card for the issues yet that was over a month ago as well and they haven't done that so they telling me one thing and not doing it and they say they're going to ship the product and obviously that's not happening- time to call the credit card company and look for a full refund as this company does not live up to anything they say they're going to do or going to send. BEWARE

DO NO BUY FROM HERE This is a drop ship company, products are the junk you would get on Amazon. I placed an order for $200 pants and within 10 minutes I sent a request to cancel the order. Their own policy is to cancel within 6 hours to avoid problems. I was very much within that time frame. They charged me anyway and said it was too late. The pants are trash. Returns are super expensive and I am not sure id even get any money back.

I ordered a pair of motorcycle riding pants from Ekontravel from a facebook ad that offered a 2for1 deal and that the second pair would be included at checkout. After I completed checkout the second pair wasn’t added. I questioned why via their customer support and they told me that the 2 for 1 was not valid at the time I placed the order. I argued that I wouldn’t have placed the order if not for the 2/1 offer and they still said that the offer was invalid. Now they tell me that due to “high demand “ they don’t know when they will ship my order. Something is wrong here. The 2/1 offer is a scam and I wished I had checked trustpilot before buying. Buyer beware!

Bought the MP3 player from them. Got it and it was the cheapest piece of junk. Don't believe the "60 day risk free" If you don't like it they will make you pay to ship it back to China. Cheapest option was $35 for a tiny mp3 player. So now I am stuck with a player that will sometimes connect to bluetooth sometimes it wont. It also will only let you load single songs to it. If you want to load a whole album...Well you can't. The operating system is so bad. I had a better mp3 player over 20 years ago. It was also made of cheap plastic with a deceptive Ipod look. No spinning wheel, but it looks like it. I would not buy anything from this company. "BUYER BEWARE"

For the Y10 unit EKON sells, they sell it as an intercom system and advertise that it has features that it does not. There is a version Y10 2X that does have an intercom but they do not sell that one. Their advertising is deceptive.

These arent made for travel like described. The RFID doesnt block any and one bag didnt even have the RFID liner. Unfortunately you have to somehow return jt to china to get refund.. good luck with that. Emailing them becomes a mulitple day adventure with the auto generated responses and you've already answered the questions. For example if you say it does not have RFID CAPABILITY and you want to return the response is"we are sorry you want to return this project can we ask why?" This goes on multiple days since its 24 hour dely in response. We purchased the travelon bag for CHEAPER and its so much better. Save yourself the hassle.

Buyer beware. I purchased clothing from this company and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The sizing was completely off. I wear an XL and the pants I received were excessively long and did not fit as expected. This is not consistent with standard sizing and makes the product effectively unusable. When I requested a refund, I was told I had to ship the item back to China at my own expense. The return shipping cost is as much as, or more than, the product itself. That’s not a reasonable return policy. Instead of offering a proper resolution, they pushed a 30% partial refund, which does not come close to addressing the issue. Between inaccurate sizing and unreasonable return requirements, I would not recommend buying from this seller.
