Order merchandise from their website. CC was charged immediately. Website did not show order was not in stock. Order confirmation did not show the item was not in stock and backordered. At no time did EIO.com send a communication that order was delayed. Sent query about order, and told the items were not in stock and were backordered. they did not provide a date that the order would be fulfilled. I cancelled the order. They issued a refund, minus 10%. Their cancellation policy states they reserve the right to charge the cancellation processing fee. To me, charging the fee was fraudulent because they did not indicate their inability to fulfill the order upon order. Disputed the charge on the CC. Recommend others Stay away.

Impossible to return. They never answer the phone. I wish there's a negative 1 so I can give it to them

So far a scam. I ordered 2 weeks ago and haven't heard from anyone. I tried calling their customer service number and it literally says "Thank you for calling, please hold" and then rings and rings... No company name, nothing. No response. I'll change my review if they deliver SOON. Otherwise, I'm not asking for a refund. I'm reporting it in my credit card as fraud. The credit card company has more attorneys. 😁

No problems whatsoever. Item was listed at an unbeatable price and was delivered within 3 days. Would definitely consider doing business with again. My experience with EIO was positive.

SCAM ALERT I've got the order confirmation in my email with tracking app. When I tracked my item days later, it was marked as delivered. I NEVER received the item and money was taken out of my account. I called and left messages several times. I emailed a couple of times. NEVER received call backs or email replies. DON'T deal with them unless you are willing to give your money away to them. Their customer service does not even exist.

This company replied to my email enquiries promptly. The product ordered was as described and shipped quickly to Australia. Good work Eio.

Don’t order anything from them, they ptputeverything on the website like they have it. And actually they don’t have any of the products, and by the time you cancel the order because we had waiting to long, and they will charged 10% from total order. They are absolutely professional scammers, you can imagine how much money the make from canceling the order, stay away from this crooks
