I called asking about their policy in replacing out of the box broken mowers. The girl was rude, smart mouthed, said there was a procedure in place that could take months. I asked her who was going to mow my lawm. She told me to buy another mower. I asked about a new mower and again she mentioned procedure and months!

Bought New Through Amazon. Warranty Denied.
I chose EGO because of its reputation as a premium outdoor power equipment brand. Around March 2024, I invested in the EGO battery platform by purchasing a blower, mower, string trimmer, edger, batteries, and accessories.
Unfortunately, my LB7650 blower failed completely after just over two years of normal residential use.
When I contacted EGO, I expected warranty support because the blower was a genuine EGO product, purchased brand new through Amazon at full retail price. Instead, my claim was denied because the Amazon marketplace seller associated with my purchase was apparently not one of EGO's authorized retailers.
As a consumer, I had no reasonable way of knowing that when I made the purchase. The product was purchased through what appeared to be the official EGO listing on Amazon, arrived brand new in the original packaging, and nothing during the purchasing process suggested that a genuine, new product might not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty because of the marketplace seller.
What disappointed me most was not just the warranty decision, but the complete lack of customer care afterward. I provided proof of purchase, completed all requested troubleshooting, exchanged multiple emails, spoke with customer service after my case was escalated, and even gave EGO additional time to reconsider. No goodwill repair, replacement, discount, or other accommodation was offered.
My advice to prospective buyers is simple: **if you purchase EGO products through Amazon, verify that the seller is an authorized EGO retailer before completing your purchase.** Otherwise, you may discover that a genuine, brand-new product is not eligible for manufacturer warranty coverage.
I expected better from a company that markets itself as a premium brand.

Worst trash company I’ve ever seen
Worst trash company I’ve ever seen. I literally had a mower for 2 weeks did nothing to it other than use it. A wheel broke. They shipped me a new one but never gave me the return slip to send it back so they basically left their trash with me. And I can’t dispose of it easily.. I emailed them and called them several times to rectify it and send me a return label for shipping and how to do it and they never did. So I told them I will write a bad review anywhere I possibly can every day for the foreseeable future. Get your shit together. lol

I bought an ego grass trimmer with…
I bought an ego grass trimmer with battery and the battery died after two years. It is warranty for three years. I registered the products when I bought them. I called customer service. They requested a receipt of everything emailed to them. I did this. They sent me a notice telling me it was under warranty. And that’s the last I heard from them. I tried calling them again. They want to go through the whole troubleshooting routine with me all over again. I told them I’ve already been through all this and just to look up the information, the customer service lady hung up on me.

The battery would not work
The battery would not work; I registered it with the warranty. They told me we will not holdup replacement because it was not purchased through an authorized dealer. I purchased it brand new.

Batteries are Junk
The battery for my mower died after two years. Okay, no problem, they have a three year warranty! I called customer service and they talked me through troubleshooting the battery. Once they decided the battery was "defective" (their words), they wanted me to contact Lowe's to find the receipt and forward that to them. Supposedly, all this information was captured in an email, which I never received. No doubt when I call to mention this, I'll be directed to another email and a spiral of deflection will begin. JUNK!!
