Customer service is really horrible. I have been calling for 3 days before I finally got through. The battery was determined defective so they sent an email for warranty and I screen shot my receipt from Amazon and I sent it back. Another email was received saying my case was closed and no communication was received. I am really sorry about making this purchase.

...and have already a ripped shoulder pad loop. Quality control is not going in the right direction with EGO. ONE star. I had to contact the manufacturer (EGO) directly in order to receive a replacement strap. In order to obtain this $17 part I had to jump through hoops. I had to open 4 different case numbers, stayed on the phone for hours, each time was given different stories and finally at the end I was promised to receive the part but I had to wait 15 business days (read 3 weeks) before it would be send out. Products may be good but after sales in quasi non-existent.

Ha got your attention. Based on the reviews for 2024 and the lack of customer service. I was thinking seriously about EGO, but now…….NO WAY WILL I BUY THIS BRAND.

Quality issues with Chainsaws leaking oil/chain falls off and Battery issues. The support phone number puts you on hold for hours. Multiple batteries failed. We heavy invested in multiple products but the quality and support is not worth the pricetag.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. My EGO pole saw and power head stopped working within a few days of purchase. I called customer service several times to get warranty repair authorization. No help whatsoever. I have spent a great deal of time on hold and have asked for call backs to no avail. I tried calling the Ace Hardware that I purchased the product at and they could not help without a factory repair reference number. Again no help at all. Absolutely terrible product and customer service. Do not buy.

DO NOT buy this mower... if you do, I hope you don't have any issues. Please be sure to do your research on their customer support and honoring their warranty. My mower was under warranty and has been at the shop for over 2 months. Customer Support is useless... they have absolutely no power but to log your calls in the ticket. I had 1 supervisor call me back 1 time and I couldn't even understand the message he left with the phone number to call him back... I called customer support to get his number and they have nothing logged. TERRIBLE support... you have been warned.

Would give zero stars if possible. The customer service for these products is a complete joke. Had to return the first trimmer when the auto wind feature on my trimmer failed, making the trimmer absolutely useless. When the same problem happened again within a matter of months reached out to obtain a refund. Customer service would not even consider refunding my money to purchase another Ego trimmer with manual winding capabilities. Stay clear of their products

Purchased my second Ego 2.5 battery and it arrived April 30, 2024. Registered with Ego and charged it up. Used today May 7, 2024 and battery good for 15 minutes. Waited in Ego customer Service queue for 40 mintures to no avail. No human came on line.....Will try again in early morning. Not a good impression of Ego for this consumer.
