Best battery mower by far. I have had my mower since they where first introduced into the uk, and it has not failed me once. It has been used every 10 to 12 days from March to September every year since purchase. The 4ah battery still keeps good charge and is able to cut our 340 square metre plot on 1 charge except during the first cut. I also have the strimmer which has been brilliant and I have recently purchased the hedge trimmer. Highly recommend and would have given more stars if I could ✨️

Service very very poor and complaint time very long and local ego services center very careless person many time complaint but no revived call and service very very bad

my ego lawn mower will not keep running, electric connect in handle keeps disconnecting. should be recall, this problem is all over you tube. I'm not the only one, costumer service says take it 30miles from my home for repair, I called repair service they say 4 to 5 weeks because they don't stock parts, in the winter this would not be a problem, buts it's summer, so the cost of driving 30 miles there and back twice and lawn service for 4 to 5 weeks I should just buy a gas lawn mower, ego sucks

Products work well and battery power is convenient but BEWARE the tool guarantee is 5 years but the battery is only 3. This difference is very hard to find on the website. I had a battery fail after 4 years of light domestic use in my lawnmower. No help with replacement and over £120 for a new one. Previous petrol lawn mower lasted three times longer for a third the price.

Pole saw has several design issues. The allen head screw will loosen after use no matter how tight you make it. The washer over the drive cog wheel slowly bends back so the chain drive tabs get wedged under it. The special tool holder doesn't hold the tool well. I could go on. Whomever designed this tool never used it much. The 16" chainsaw is great but the pole saw is very poor design. Customer service keeps saying they will follow up but never do. A poor experience for sure

Purchased lawnmower when home depot carried them, broke the beginning of the second season, i was without the $600+ mower all summer, finally the manager at Home Depot gave me the display model since they were discontinuing carrying Ego. Purchased a leaf blower in the fall of 2022, i use it occasionally, the other day i was using it and iti made a popping sound and stopped working, three calls into there support and still no resolve. Purchased a chain saw this spring, stopped working half way through cutting down a tree, waited two weeks for the replacement. the only product that did not break yet is my string trimmer
