36-page "guide" for an ADHD patient?
I am very dissatisfied with the app and about having to pay so much money for so little help I received. The app is just a tracking app. It does not provide any guides. The supposed guide I received via email contains 36 pages! 36 pages! An ADHD person does not want to read 36 pages full of instructions on how to use an App!!!! This makes no sense to me. They claim to prove a 7-step guide. There are no steps. There is no guide, just plain phrases on why you have to sleep 8 hours a night, hydrate, exercise, and meditate... All of this can be found on any blog about wellness. Any simple website has much more information. I honestly feel robbed of my $29.99. I should have read the reviews before paying, but I got fooled by the promise of "know what type of ADHD you have", and "receive a complete guide to stop procrastinating"...

Dear Angela We're sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied with the value you received from our app. We understand that everyone has different needs and preferences, and we apologize if our app did not meet your expectations. Our app is designed to help users with ADHD track their progress and develop personalized strategies to manage their symptoms. We provide a comprehensive assessment and personalized plan based on each user's unique needs and challenges. Regarding the length of the guide you received, we understand that reading a lengthy document can be overwhelming for some individuals with ADHD. However, we believe that a thorough guide can be helpful for users who want to understand the principles and strategies behind our app's features. We're constantly working to improve our app and make it more user-friendly. We appreciate your feedback and will take your comments into consideration as we continue to develop our product.
