Signed up in the middle of last year because of all the promises on an ad. Only became clear after paying subscription cost advertised that you need to pay extra fees for premium membership to access most of the app. The features you are left with on the lowest subscription don’t include anything that your mobile phone doesn’t already do (reminders, alarms, somewhere to keep notes and sleep tracking that my watch does automatically anyway but this requires manual input. Nutrition tracking that is free on a million other apps) So now I’m being charged a regular subscription fee for the privilege of manual inputting details that my other apps do for free and….. the best part? THERE IS NO WAY OF UNSUBSCRIBING!!!! And no way of contacting the company to delete your account either! After around 6 months of being charged for this I’m now having to go through PayPal complaints to cancel my subscription and I’m very glad I used PayPal in the first place because otherwise I’d have to cancel direct debit through my bank and no doubt end up with all the hassle of ‘fees owed’ being sent to my bank and ruined credit rating. Do not sign up to this app, it has nothing to offer and you’ll be paying a charge for months and months

Absolutely bad experience Signed up on the webside, (where it apparently isn't possible to unsubscribe from again - thst option has conveniently not avaliable). I deleted my app after a day when i realized how much info i had to enter on a daly basis.....like someone with adhd will get that done! I realised a couble of months later I've been charged a monthly fee. They refuse to pay me back!

Impossible to cancel if you purchase through the website. Misleading adverts for a 5 star app - all credible review sites will be 1 star. Have now been charged for a 3rd quarter after trying to cancel 7 months ago.

I got it to help with ADD but you can't get a refund via the app store and they make it impossible to cancel. I ended up paying them $100 because they never canceled my trial and kept giving me the runaround! I've been emailing them for months and they're absolutely zero help. So I reported them to apple, left a bad review and now I hope to save your money.

Last July, I unintentionally purchased and subscribed to this app, using it very briefly, a few weeks. To my surprise, I was charged another £59.99 six months later, a fact I was completely unaware of. In September, I underwent major surgery, and have spent the last 4 months in recovering and getting on with the challenges of returning to normal life. I was completely shocked to have £59.99 taken out of my account having not realised at all that it was a subscription service. Upon reaching out to customer service, to explain my circumstances, I received standard, unemotional responses, denying a refund for the last £59.99, claiming the product had been delivered correctly. In hindsight, I regret not checking numerous 1-star reviews before considering this app. My advice: steer clear!

Please don’t waste your time or money on this, if you do try it you’ll be billed £26.99 every 3 months forever (comes up as Medical Score so it can go undetected). A lot of the so called ‘productivity’ stuff is rubbish / common sense. I struggle to see how this thing adds any value for users. It’s best to visit a qualified medical professional for real assistance.

I've only used for a few days but it's been good so far. I have noticed that on my Android, when I click on the notification 'how are you' there seems to be a glitch which means the apps page keeps restarting until I force close it. I'd also say that the symptoms and factors need a bit of explaining. It took me a while to realise what they are for. If I add my own factors, they are there for a day to select but disappear again the next day. It would be good if one could make a selection which then is available every day. It's a good little app which just needs a few tweaks to make it great.

The app is more specifically focused on ADHD than a lot of the other rebadged productivity apps. It is also easy to get started.
