A fraudulent company. I had a trial that I cancelled but got charged for a sub from them out of the blue. I contacted customer "service" and they a e unwilling to refund me. Stay away

No where does it say you can’t get a refund when they sell on a countdown timer! They hide it in the fine print. This company or immoral and prey on people with impulse control issuesyou

I really like the app and I am enjoying it. Excited to learn more about it. My only disappointment is that I have had two onboarding visits scheduled and no one showed. If it weren't for that I would probably have given 4-5 stars.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APP! ‘Customer services’are unhelpful and clearly exploit the payment mechanism with vulnerable people !!! They will continue to take your payments despite cancellation of subscriptions and offer no apologies or refund. This is a terrible organisation

Avoid avoid avoid. SCAM. Will not cancel. Reported through bank as fraud. Continuing attempts to take money from bank and since entering email address have noticed a massive uptick in spam/phishing emails to my rarely used email.
