Supposed to be a wellness app that…

Supposed to be a wellness app that takes advantage of people with a vulnerable mental health illnesses but promising an interactive helpful platform, In reality they just want your money, as soon as they have it, you don’t matter Purchased this app as after many many adverts I thought it would help. I downloaded the app and believed I was using the free trial, after a few days it was very obvious that the app is very poorly platformed and not user friendly. Fast forward 2 weeks after deleting the app I get a bill for £26… no clear indication to me as a user that I had subscribed to a monthly fee… I wouldn’t really have minded if the app was worth it, but the fact that it really wasn’t left a bitter taste. Having hoped this would be viewed by the company and a human error on both sides, they flatly refused any refund even tho it was evident I hadn’t used the app. Took forever to come back to emails which I would have to chase. It feels like a scam and a con which a few others have mentioned in comments. Please steer well clear… And to add they don’t let you cancel through the app, you have to send email and cancel that way… no where to tell you how to do this on the app mind… and that’s hoping they come back to you. This is just a selling platform, offers to buy book after book after book. So glad they only managed to take one payment… they won’t get another penny off me.

fraudulent scammers through and through
I had a subscription two years ago and ended it on the 1st of May 2023, WITH CONFIRMATION. One year later on 12th of April they suddenly charge again. I disputed the charge with them immediately, but they didn't respond. I kept sending them mails, but after a while i contacted Paypal. Thye can't help me because i hadn't manually turned off the mandate. These people are scammers through and through.

Scam app - don’t buy
Scam app. They don’t allow you to cancel the subscription anywhere within the app, and they hide that the subscription is active in the iCloud subscription panel in your iOS settings. I will be reporting.

Absolute fraudsters!
ZERO STARS! Not even one. Scam company! Absolute fraudsters. You can only cancel your subscription through an email and then you hear nothing and they continue to charge you anyway. I will be flagging it as fraud with my bank. I hope people see these reviews and save themselves the stress this SHAM company have caused!

Total scam
Total scam. They don’t let you know that they’re storing your credit card information, don’t allow you to cancel the subscription anywhere within the app, and they hide that the subscription is active in the iCloud subscription panel in your iOS settings. And they don’t issue refunds because the “product was delivered correctly” even though I never agreed to auto renewal and I can’t see where they’ve stored my credit card information in the app. Dispute dispute dispute. Block block block.

Terrible app, terrible / non-existent customer service. Have cancelled my subscription and these guys still try to charge me every month. Make sure any of you guys block all future payments via your bank. Absolute thief’s
