How exactly can I cancel? I cannot find it ANYWHERE that is straight forward. Please respond to my review by providing step-by-step on how to cancel. Show us that you're a transparent and honest company.

SCAM !
SCAM !! Don't subscribe because they will charge you more than suppose and costumer service don't help. It's a waste of time asking for they support. To the reply from effecto. I did contact you, this is my email on the account. You don't help and just keep our money. Really bad experience and bad informations from your costumer service so I had to ask again ... lost of time and money

Absolutely disgusted with this company
Absolutely disgusted with this company Have taken £24.47 out of my bank acc and I have received nothing from them. No email, message or app download so first I knew about this was this charge. Loads of contact now I want a refund. All their replies are really aggressive to the point of bullying. Just a hard sell company taking your money and given nothing. I am 67 on a state pension and have disabilities (Adhd) isn't one of them but I do have anxiety, depression, fm, fm fog and chronic fatigue. Shame on them

Playing on Peoples disability to make money. I would highly recommend not using it using this app Made some really strong statements within there product. But didn't come close to any of them. Its more of a semi glamours to do list. That you can do within a simple free calendar. Requested a refund straight away, but advised they wouldn’t refund the money. THIS IS A SCAM, Dont pay for 1 week, theyll charge you 30 in total with no cancellation options
I paid for the one week plan (just about 5 pounds) as I wanted to trial the app. Before the week ended, I thought it could be like one of those that it could roll out and I didn't find the app useful, so I went to cancel the subscription, but the subscription wouldnt show up in my playstore as it was a one off payment, and when in the app I tried to cancel, but it would "breakdown" whenever I entered the "cancel subscription" area. So I proceeded to email them asking to cancel. The week finished and I was then charged 25 pounds!! I emailed them requesting for a refund, as I had reached out before the end of the week to cancel subscription and they replied the payments are non refundable and that I should have cancelled earlier, and that there has been "no issues with the product delivered". Well there was if I cant access the cancellation section in the app.

Absolute scammers. You pay for a year subscription and less than a month later, a higher payment is taken from your account without notice or explanation! **update I already did email you Effecto and no response**

I feel like I've been scammed. Money and time lost
Total waste of money and feels like a scam. I signed up for the initial trial. The app was not that helpful and forgot about it and its automatical renewal. Then I got changed a MONTHLY fee £24.49. Given the app is specifically designed for forgetful people it feels very unfair that they don't send out reminders for subscription renewal. Also, it's IMPOSSIBLE to cancel subscription without contacing their team. I contacted their help and they didn't even reply to my last email. When I left them review on Play store suddenly a very concerend reply from the compamy appeared below my review. HOWEVER they didn't get back to me on the email and I have not seen my money back. I feel like I've been scammed.
