Just giving another 1 star review. The response to my previous one was to email their helpdesk, which I had already done and got no where. Still refusing to give me a refund for money they took from my account without notification. Had I received this refund then the review would have been much more favourable. They say they are working on being more transparent, which clearly indicates that they are not transparent at all and just out to scam people. AVOID AVOID AVOID if you don’t want them to steal your hard earned money and then don’t care they have left you in financial difficulties

Avevo attivato un abbonamento e scritto subito una mail per disdire il rinnovo a cui non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Mi si è rinnovata a 75.99 euro e ho riscritto allegando la mail inviata e non mi hanno rimborsata. Non attivate l’app No Diet…rischiate di trovarvi pagamenti automatici che non desiderate!

I am skeptical but I will give it a shot 🤞🏼 my ADHD has always been a problem for me and I have tried books and workbooks. Reading which don’t get me wrong made a difference knowing myself more but the time management is always a struggle even to present. So looking forward too positive changes and learning new ideas to make my life easier

The trial was not worth the $23 trial and on cancelling it was not easy. I had to use the email PayPal showed as the contact. Next moment I was charged $48 month! I tried to cancel again but they were always asking for receipt of the website enquiry form which unless you get a screenshot, you will not be cancelled. Just a rip off, be warned as this company is not an honest business practise

A bunch of absoloute thieves. They offer a $10 bargain intro, next thing theyre taking $50 out of your account!!! Paypal just sides with them, lets them constantly steal from people, grrrr @paypal, we dont matter we are just the little tiny consumer who are not paying some nice big fees to Paypal. STAY AWAY, STEER CLEAR, just another thieving online company with no morals.

SCAM, STAY CLEAR!!!! They have ripped off my mother in-law, an innocent 70 year old lady. She has also been subjected to the UNAUTHORISED monthly payments coming out of her bank, to which she didn’t even knew existed until she asked me to take a look at this strange payment due to technology not being the easiest for her. That’s when I dive deeper and low and below, they’ve taken 3 payments. Which has come to nearly £80. To which has massively upset her. She has no emails what so ever from them, absolutely NOTHING in writing. She wouldn’t even know how to set up a subscription! Vile humans doing this to innocent people.

.*WARNING* trading as MEDICAL SCORE This is a very suspect outfit. I signed up for a month and got automatic renewals. There was no warning until checkout that they would turn the order on its head by disregarding the 1-month meaning. Whilst they have replied to my emails promptly, they are unhelpful and refuse to provide a refund, even when the app has not been used. I’ve hit a blank wall with customer support. Here’s what they said: Thank you for reaching out to us. Thank you for taking the time and sharing your feedback with us. Feel free to let us know if you have any more suggestions. So at checkout you have to tell them again you only want the 1-month plan, otherwise they contradict your wishes. I confess I didn’t see it but why change the clearly stated request of the customer? Very duplicitous. Be careful they trade as MARKET SCORE

I was just charged over $ 350 by Effecto, like everyone else, with no notification and no way to cancel. This is a scam.
