How the hell from filling in a quiz form and deciding not to download the app or go any further and never inputting my financial details have you managed to get my bank details and attempt to take a payment for £24 47 from my bank account which was flagged as suspicious by my bank ??? This is fraudulent and disgusting and criminal !! I assume you are aware this is Fraud ???

This is a total SCAM!!! I paid for a 1 month subscription to "No Diet" back in May. I canceled the subscription in June, and received email confirmation from No Diet. Yesterday, my PayPal account reported a $219.99 payment to "Mindway". I've never heard of Mindway, nor subscribed to Mindway. When I contacted Effecto, they informed me that Mindway was and Add-on, and since I had not canceled Mindway, they were "unable" to refund my money! I am 74 and on fixed income. This is devastating to me! I also never had ANY communication from Mindway or Effecto before yesterday. THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!

Ich kann mich den negativen Bewertungen nur anschließen und hier warnen! Ich hatte über FB die Anzeige gesehen und dachte, man könnte EINMAL ja den 7-Tage-Plan, der einem ja angeblich zugeschickt werden sollte (von einer App und Abofalle war nie die Rede..) testen, aber nur, weil mich die Rezepte der sogenannten "Mittelmeer-Diät" interessiert hätten. Noch bevor ich die EINMALIGE Zahung auf PayPal überhaupt genehmigt hatte (und dann abgebrochen), war das Abo abgeschlossen und es wurde (ohne jeden Plan, nur mit Hinweis auf irgendeinen App Zugang) rechtswidrig abgebucht. Bestätigt hier auf keinen Fall eine Abbuchungs- oder Zahlungsvereinbarung auf PP! Ich habe dort jetzt einen Fall laufen und wenn weiter abgebucht wird oder ich mein Geld nicht zurückerhalte, erstatte ich Strafanzeige gegen diesen unseriösen Anbieter! Man müsste den samt App komplett sperren...
