🚫 Terrible Experience – Misleading Website & Poor Customer Service 🚫 I ordered glasses from EFEGLASSES.COM, and I am extremely disappointed. The product I received was nothing like what was advertised. The frame was much smaller than the pictures suggested, uncomfortable to wear, and left marks on my nose. The photos on their website create an illusion of a larger frame, which is misleading. When I contacted customer service, they refused to take responsibility. Instead of offering a proper solution, they tried to give me only a partial refund and told me I had to pay for the return shipping. They also claimed most of the cost was “non-refundable” because the lenses were “custom made.” This is completely unfair, especially since the product was not as described. A reputable eyewear company would either send a replacement or provide a full refund with a prepaid return label. Instead, this company hides behind tricky policies that protect them but leave the customer stuck with an unusable product. I would never recommend EFEGLASSES.COM. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere that values honesty, quality, and customer satisfaction.
