If I could give no stars I would. I thought this company was reputable. I have placed many orders with Fytoo and Zeelool with great experiences.. This company was the total opposite. I picked my glasses, paid (thankfully with Paypal) who stood by me. I never received my glasses. Finally they told me they were delivered and placed in my mailbox. I called USPS and they told me It looked like I was scammed. This complany is a total charade. I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order. They kept telling me to cancel my dispute and they would take care of me. I would not and Im happy I didnt. Lesson learned. Beware of who you give your money to. Nothing is what it seemed. I was looking so foward to getting my glasses. Thank you Paypal for having my back and giving me a refund. Buyer Beware of this shady company.

Dear Customer, We are truly sorry for the lost package you experienced. This was indeed an unfortunate and unexpected incident. We have already filed a claim with the shipping carrier and requested the photos taken at the time of dispatch to show that we were not trying to deceive you. We have also issued a full refund to you via PayPal. We take your shopping experience very seriously and genuinely wanted to resolve the issue when it was discovered. However, since the misunderstanding has already occurred and you declined our offer to resend the order, we completely understand why you might have felt scammed — but please rest assured this was truly a misunderstanding. The shipping carrier mistakenly delivered the package to the wrong address. We will send the corresponding evidence to you via email. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you all the best.

I receive my order and I can’t see anything. It’s very bad description. I ordered three months ago with the same subscription. It’s great. This time is very bad. I email it twice and it never answer me. I never deal with them again.

Great products and even better prices!!!! And they have outstanding customer service! Long story short...I have about 6 pairs from EFE. This week, I grabbed my favorite pair by the "arm", and it snapped. I must have grabbed them too rough, my bad. I contacted EFE to see if I could get a replacement arm. They did better! They offered to send me a whole new set of frames, and all I have to do is snap out the lenses from the old, and pop them into the new. My new frames are already on the way!!! All I can say is that if their competitor (Warby P) had the same level of customer service, I would still be their customer. I highly recommend EFE Glasses!!!!

This is my first time ordering from efeglasses.com. I placed my order on 9/15/25 and received them on 9/27/25. I order 2 pairs both with high index 1.74 lenses because I’m myopic with astigmatism. My glasses prescription for both pairs are on point. Excellent quality and durable. Thank you.
