I ordered a pair of the Nelson style after watching their video showing how strong and flexible they are. However, after 6 weeks the frame hinge broke completely off. I contacted EFE, to claim on the 365 day warranty and was told it only covered manufacturing defects. They couldn't sell a replacement hinge or give any information on part #, or manufacturer. The offered a 30% discount on any new purchase, but the price I paid for the frame had gone up 60%, plus $6.99 shipping. I had previously bought from Zenni, and although they are cheap, they have never broken. After several emails, EFE agreed to send a replacement frame with no lens, and at no charge. Initially, they wanted me to pay shipping, but after I refused, they shipped it free of charge. The warranty cost is $7.99 for a frame and $6.99 shipping, a relatively small amount, and if EFE had replaced the frame from the start I would have given them a great review from the start I received the new frames and put the new side on the old frames as it was easier than trying to take the lenses out. I would just like to tell EFE that if they honored the 365 day warranty straight away they would get a lot more 5 star reviews. On the plus side, their glasses are a fraction of the cost of buying them in the USA, but choosing their very cheapest frames is probably not a good idea.

Ordered from EFE for the first time. After two weeks with no update on the process I emailed them. Recieved a reply within a day apologizing as they were delayed due to Chinese New Year celebrations and closures, guess it goes for several weeks. Once they advised it was moving I was able to track the until they actually hit Canada then it went silent. Recieved it within a week of the arrival in Canada and was happy with fit, look and perscription quality. I would recomend EFE and will use them again. Other than minor shipping issues I am pleased.

I ordered my daughter some glasses on the 8th of November and I have yet to receive them and when I put in tracking number one says it's in transit and then other says they were delivered which they have not.. but they apparently got hung up in customs check and they were delayed, but they have since given me a full refund..

Glasses where exactly as described online. They fit well and have a nice feel to them. Only reason im giving 4 stars is because the tracking information was strange/delayed

I would recommend this company for anyone. I ordered progressive lens and they are great. Everything fits perfect and the quality is very high. It took about three weeks over the holidays so I'd say , Not too long. but the tracking information wasn't too good.
