Hello Kim, We're truly sorry to hear about the trouble you've had trying to cancel your account—this is not the experience we want for any of our users. To clarify, if your account has no past-due balance and you're on a monthly plan (not an annual subscription), you should be able to cancel directly from your Billing tab. Here's how: Log in to your account. Go to update account or account details then Billing tab. If eligible, you’ll see the option to cancel your subscription. If you still don’t see the cancellation option or are running into issues, please double-check that your balance is clear and that you're not on an annual plan. If everything looks good and the option still isn’t visible, we’d be happy to assist further—please message us at: [email protected] and we would be happy to assist! For any charges including overage fees. An invoice is sent to the email address on file, and billing details should be viewable under your account's Billing section. If you didn’t receive a notification or don’t see the charges listed, we’d like to investigate that for you. As for the multiple fax sends and the spam you mentioned, that is definitely not the experience we intend to deliver. We take these issues seriously and would appreciate the chance to review the specifics with you. If you've canceled but were still billed, we’d like to look into that right away to make it right.
