Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience you've experienced. We understand your concern regarding the visibility of fax progress and the associated charges. our system does not display real-time progress updates while a fax is in transmission. However, if a fax fails, you will typically be notified within 30 seconds of the attempt. If the fax is successfully delivered, a confirmation email will be sent to the address on file. Regarding billing, our system calculates charges based on both the number of pages and the transmission time with 60 seconds of transmission time counted as one page for billing purposes.
