I called customer service because i could not find the Extremely important fax that I sent. I had the pleasure of talking to Mandip, Who Is an asset to your company she was personable and while she was looking for my fax she took the extra time to calm me down. She saved me and was a joy while she was doing it!

Hello. Though my very long wait was beyond frustrating and seemingly unnecessary, Ms. Rowena A. did a terrific job resolving my challenge. My goal was to modify my payment profile with a new credit card and without Rowena's patience and guidance, I would not have been successful especially because I could not access several eFax accounts.
