Excellent product and service
Excellent service. Easy to use and convenient for sending faxes in a digital age. Customer service provided by Stefan when dealing with my account was also excellent. Highly recommend.

Great Service!
Great Service! CSR was very helpful, went as far as to do a test from my fax # to confirm the # I was trying to send to was not working.

Difficult to cancel billing
The product worked well. No issue with that. The problem came when I went to cancel the service, which they have made into a difficult process and botched. They continued to bill me after I canceled even though I was locked out of using the service. I called customer service and they refused to give me a refund. 1-27-2021 Update -- The company refunded my last payment after I posted my review here. I appreciate eFax taking responsible action, but my rating remains the same.

I loved using the eFax service
I loved using the eFax service. It was super easy, fast and reliable. I always dreaded having to fax stuff to people mainly because I had no idea how, but this service made everything so easy. I would totally have kept the subscription but this was a one time use only. But this service would be my go to if I ever needed to send a fax again. I'm really grateful that you extended my free period to another month!
