English is not my first language, so I would really appreciate if you mey offer customer services in Spanish, also it took me almost 1 hour to contact customer services, due to the option for customer services (option 2, in the customer number yo offer for Mexico, says the dialing was not right.) I recommend you to take care of that. The agent was kind and helpful even though I told her that english is not my first language, she was so patient. thanks for that.
