This is for the edible arrangements located on Ralph Avenue in Brooklyn 11234. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I made an order on July 3 for same day delivery. I called the store and they confirmed receipt of the order. The person who answered the phone said that the order would be delivered before 9:30 PM. The order never arrived. I paid $156 for the order. $20 of that was a “tip”…. DO NOT EVER LEAVE A TIP!!!! Saturday was a holiday, the store was closed. Sunday the store was closed. I went to the store on Monday and the person who was there did not speak English (doubt if they could read English either). They couldn’t help me. The store was closing and it wasn’t 6 PM yet. The hours reflected on Google don’t reflect the actual hours of the store. I spoke with the actual manager Sam today 7/7/26 who stated that he could only refund me $136 because that was all his store received. I attempted to call corporate however the call is routed to the same store you had the issue with. My question is: where’s my $20 ? It was suggested that I call my bank. Don’t waste your time ordering from this store.

I have never left an online review in my life until now, that's how bad this experience was. I ordered the wish-tini, it was delivered without the cupcake, candle and martini glass, and the fruit arrangement looked nothing like it did in the website photo. I can't believe I paid what I did for such a piece of garbarge. I wish I had read the other reviews first before ordering.

I will never use this company ever again. I ordered some items for Mother’s Day and since I’m an Active Duty Soldier in the Army, I was unable to hand deliver my mother’s items. Not only did she never receive the items, I was notified claiming the items were delivered when that was the opposite of the truth. I’ve been lied to multiple times by their representatives claiming I was refunded and I’ve yet to receive any refund. Stay far away from this company I’m telling you from experience!

I ordered a birthday arrangement for my wife and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the order. The first issue was the personalized card. It appeared to have come straight off the printer with obvious quality problems, yet it was still included with the order. There was clearly no quality control check before the arrangement was sent out. More concerning, my wife found two strawberries that were spoiled to the point that they tasted rancid and nearly made her sick. After discovering that, she no longer felt comfortable eating the rest of the fruit because there was no way to know what was fresh and what wasn’t. I contacted customer service expecting accountability and a meaningful resolution, but the response I received left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. When customers are paying premium prices for gifts intended for special occasions, they should be able to trust that the product has been inspected and is safe to eat. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in Edible Arrangements, and I will not be ordering from them again.

I placed an order for a delivery to Jim Thorpe online on 6/18 for a Father’s Day. I noticed that there was no notification of delivery at 12:15 CST, so I called the local store to inquire if delivery will be made. The representative who answered the phone advised that they do not deliver to Jim Thorpe and are awaiting for a third party to come by and pick up the order. The gentlemen said that at this point the pick up order was canceled because no third party volunteered to pick up the delivery order. Unfortunately, the representative at the location 228 was extremely rude and said that he doesn’t know if the order will be picked up this point since delivery to Jim Thorpe would be too far and he could try tomorrow or cancel the order altogether. The fact that I was not notified ahead of time that the order may not be delivered is unacceptable because I could have seemed alternative delivery arrangements if I knew that there are delivery issues/concerns. On top of that the representative was rude and careless to the predicament that I was placed in by Edible Arrangements due to lack of communication. The worse part is that my 90 year old grandpa will not receive anything delivered to him on Father’s Day. I understand Edible Arrangements is a chain corporation and there’s very limited personal touch or understanding of personal circumstance, but this situation of lack of communication and thinking of your customers is appalling and extremely disappointing. I truly have no words to describe how disappointed I am with the service and treatment I received, but most of all by the fact that someone I dearly love is not receiving intended delivery.

Very disappointed with Edible Arrangements - 1126 in Forestdale, MA. I placed a Father’s Day order specifically selecting same day, within the hour delivery items, but when I called at 12:50 PM I was told the order should not have gone through and it would not be delivered that day, with no guarantee for the next day. This is not an isolated issue. Orders have repeatedly been delayed or mixed up. Our last order arrived after closing and by then the arrangement was no longer fresh after sitting in the delivery vehicle for hours, which even the driver acknowledged. Even when calling, the tone from staff always feels dismissive rather than genuinely sympathetic, which makes these experiences even more frustrating! For a service that markets itself as fresh, timely, and reliable, this has been consistently disappointing. I will not be ordering from this location EVER again!

I ordered pumpkin cheesecakes to be delivered to my daughter to celebrate her first mothers day. They sent lemon, left them in the apartment block without telling my daughter they had been delivered and without the extra message sleeve I had requested. When I asked customer service for assistance they told me as they were busy at the time they had the right to substitute the items. I wasn't happy and replied several times explaining that I had paid $65 for a gift in the flavour my daughter enjoyed to be delivered on a special day, not wanting to pay for a flavour she didn't eat and missing out on the day I needed it to be there for. After again messaging several times I finally received another email offering redelivery and 6 chocolate strawberry's. I think I should be offered a refund and I am still sending messages hoping for a reply soon.

I placed an order number W1012794126-1 and it was delivered to other residences. I have been calling the store and customer service to get my money back, but no one answered or email. This is a big man and they have no professionalism. Customer services do not exist. I'm not going back to ordinary with them. They have minus 100 with me.
