my order arrived on time. However, the bottle of shampoo was leaking in the shipping box upon arrival which also meant shampoo was on other items shipped with it. Have no idea how much shampoo leaked into the box. Not a great way to ship.

The lotion I received was used. I will be calling and asking for a refund. Revised: I reached out and they were very quick on the reply. I love this lotion so I asked for a replacement, they were very quick in replying that they are sending me a new lotion. Good customer service.

What I got was not what I ordered. It was similar, and smelled the same, but I haven't tried it yet. It will be a long time before I run out of the real stuff, so you won't get an actual user review. What I ordered is supposed to come in a blue tube; what I got is in a black tube. And the name is a little different. Okay, so maybe the company changed its packaging. I won't know for several months. But I won't be ordering the next batch from you guys.

Quality product(s) and very swift shipping at a fair and reasonable rate. I purchased my Probelle Nickel Foot File after reading several good reviews of it, needless to say it was as good as stated making it much easier to maintain good foot care. Minimal and effective packaging. Arrived quickly.

When my package arrived 1/4 of the 32 oz bottle had spilled out into the box. Very sad given the price of the bottle and the loss of the hard to find product. The thin/loose strip of plastic did nothing to keep the cap from loosen up and allowing the leak. Very disappointed
